About us

B.W. Machinery is a leading supplier of garden machinery and tools in Victoria. We carry a huge range of products covering lawn mowers, ride on mowers, chippers, trimmers/brushcutters, blowers, chainsaws and much more, delivered Australia wide.

The role

Due to the growth of the business, we are seeking a part-time administration officer to join our Kingston Mowers team, at 303 Warrigal Rd, Cheltenham 3192.

Tasks & responsibilities

Process and dispatch online orders
Answering phone calls and emails
Quoting and invoicing capabilities
Ordering and managing stock
General administrative duties
Simple bookkeeping tasks
All training will be provided.

The person we are seeking should:

- Have outstanding communication skills

- Being a people person with customers

- Confirmed ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment

- Be able to work at least 3 days a week (Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays).
