Ongoing, Full-Time Opportunity to work with a high-performing and passionate team in the Victorian Public Service
VPS Grade 3: $79,122 - $96,073 plus superannuation.
The Department of Justice and Community Safety is seeking a Business Support Officer to provide a critical role within Justice Health.

About the Business Unit

Justice Health looks after the delivery of primary health, primary mental health and specialist forensic mental health services for people in Victorian prisons and young people in custodial centres. In Victoria, health services to people in adult correctional and youth justice facilities are delivered by both public and private providers.

About the Role

The Business Support Officer, reporting directly to the General Manager, Adult Health, provides administrative support to the Justice Health unit.

Some of your duties will include:

Providing administrative support to Justice Health, including the Adult Health team
Providing secretariat support in meetings/workshops including minute taking, follow-up action items, and recording key decisions
Managing assigned projects, including monitoring work against timelines, and reporting of statuses

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Experience in similar administrative roles in Victorian Government, or a similar environment, is highly desirable.
