NoBlues Community Services is a values-driven NDIS service provider supporting people with disabilities to live independently, build confidence, and stay connected to their community. Our work is person-centred - we listen, adapt, and support participants to achieve their own goals in ways that matter to them.

We deliver practical, respectful support across daily living, community participation, and capacity building, with a strong focus on dignity, choice, and cultural respect. Our team is experienced, supportive, and committed to doing things the right way.

We are currently looking for support workers for casual community access shifts. Must have availability on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Must-Haves:

✅ Cert III in Individual Support / Disability

✅ At least 1 year of experience

✅ NDIS Worker Screening Check

✅ Working With Children Check (Employment Type)

✅ National Police Check

✅ First Aid & CPR

✅ Up-to-date vaccinations (we can help you check!)

✅ A car, a licence, and a phone that actually rings!
