What will you do?
Lead by example with a proactive, hands-on approach to daily operations
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and operational efficiency
Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards across all food and beverage activities
Train, mentor, and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Monitor weekly inventory levels and manage stock control effectively
Execute food & beverage marketing initiatives and promotions to drive revenue
More about you
Previous experience in supervising or managing a restaurant or similar hospitality environment
Knowledge of licensed premises management requirements, including compliance with local regulations
Extensive understanding of liquor service, bartending techniques, and food & beverage service protocols
Experience with HACCP standards and food safety procedures
Hold Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) Certifcates
