19 hours a week

38 hours fortnight total

$30 per hour

Start time flexible – anytime between 7am – 8am

Monday – Wednesday – Friday

Serviced apartments duties

(4 hours per day – 12 hours per week)

· Clean and replace fitted sheets, pillows, bath mats, towel and face towel

· Linen to be folded and placed on residents bed

· Ensure stock list is up to date with towels, sheets and pillow cases

· Clean laundry area, washing machine and dryer

· Vacuum

· General Dusting

· Mop and sanitize all hard floors

· Empty bins

· Clean and sanitize toilets and showers

· Wipe and sanitize all surface areas

· Kitchenette

Monday & Thursday
Community Centre Cleaning Duties

(3 hours per day – 6 hours per week)

(1 extra hour for condo vac + mop) = 7 hours per week

Duties for Common Areas

· Sweep or vacuum hard floor

· Wipe and sanitize all surface areas

· Empty bins

· Mop and sanitize hard floor

· Condo’s – Vacuumed and mopped weekly 1 hours extra

Successful Applicants will need:

ABN

Rights to work within Australia

Experience in commercial housekeeping/ cleaning

Police check

Drivers License is preferrable

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 19 per week
