Experienced Dental Receptionist – Join Our Friendly Team

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Dental Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our modern private dental practice. This role is perfect for someone who is personable, highly organised, and confident working in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet patients and act as the first point of contact in person, by phone, and via email
Manage appointments, patient records, and enquiries
Confirm appointments and follow up recalls
Process payments and reconcile daily banking
Liaise with dental laboratories and manage referrals
Perform general administrative duties and maintain accurate records
Support the clinical team with day-to-day operations
About You

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a dental receptionist in a private practice
Experience with dental software (D4W preferred)
Previous experience as a dental assistant and/or sterilisation nurse is highly regarded
Strong understanding of treatment plans, dental procedures, and fees
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with strong time management and multitasking abilities
Confident with computers and administrative tasks
Flexible availability, including the ability to work set days and provide shift cover when required
Good knowledge of infection control protocols
