Fantastic opportunity as a Fleet Controller
Location: Breaside, Vic
Salary up to $75,000+ Super

About the Role
Execute the daily load and route plan for all channel deliveries
Direct the Independent Contractors in their execution of the daily load and route plan
Abide by the predetermined daily load quantities for the Contractors
Monitor daily loads to ensure service delivery to Clients
Ensure the data completion of all loads 'live' in FMS and PC Dispatch
Ensure and (and all) issues are dealt with immediately and a solution found as they arise (such as breakdowns, traffic issues etc)
Control and monitor the daily and weekly revenue plan
Compile relevant required paperwork from the previous day, and ensure the data is entered
Communicate all delivery/pickup issues with the Client
Immediate reporting of any incidents or non-conformance to company Management
After hours contact for end of day unfinished routes
Start Time: 9:00 AM

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU WILL NEED
Experience in a similar, fast paced, customer facing role
Excellent attention to detail and results driven
The ability to multi-task, prioritise and follow up on tasks
Problem solving ability with decisive decision making
