Full job description
Steps & Strides works with children and families across Victoria providing In Home Child Care, Disability Support and Nanny Services.

We are currently seeking, a Child Care Educator for an In Home Childcare role in Malvern East to commence in February 2026.

You will provide daily care, education and developmentally appropriate experiences.
The family require assistance in February for a 5-year-old with Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy.
Tuesday - Friday mornings 7am-8.30/9am
Thursday 10.30/11am -6.30pm

From April 2026 there will be additional shifts available
Monday 7am-9am and Friday 11am-5.30pm

You will be supported by Steps & Strides throughout your placement.
You must hold

a current Working With Children Check and Police Check
a current First Aid certificate
a certificate in early education and care or education support or be currently studying in the field (disability roles do not require this certification)
