RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT – STAR PHONES | Gold Coast QLD
Star Phones, Australia’s #1 mobile accessories retailer with 55+ stores nationwide, is hiring in Gold Coast, QLD.
Full-time & Part-time roles available (24–50 hours per week)
Role Responsibilities:
Sell mobile accessories (phone cases, screen protectors, chargers, power banks)
Assist with basic mobile phone repairs
Deliver excellent customer service
Work towards store targets and KPIs
What We’re Looking For:
Good communication skills
Confidence in upselling
Motivated, reliable, and customer-focused
Pay & Benefits:
$26.55 – $35 per hour
Monthly bonuses up to $1,000 – $1,500
