Full job description
We’re a fast-growing Australian sauna company looking for a hands-on Shopify, SEO & CRO expert to help us scale faster and convert better.

This is not a junior role and not an agency relationship. We want someone who knows what actually moves the needle and can prove it.

What you’ll be doing

Shopify website optimisation
Improving site structure, speed, UX and conversion paths
Updating pages, sections, templates, and product layouts
SEO that delivers results
On-page SEO, technical SEO, internal linking, schema
Creating and improving content that ranks (not fluff)
Using AI intelligently to speed up output without killing quality
CRO & experimentation
Running A/B tests (headlines, layouts, CTAs, PDPs, landing pages)
Analysing data and turning insights into actions
Improving conversion rate across traffic sources
AI-driven execution
Using AI tools for custom snippets, structured content, testing ideas, and SEO workflows
Working with AI as a tool, not a crutch
Ongoing optimisation
Iterating weekly, not “set and forget”
Working closely with the founder and marketing team
What we’re looking for

Strong Shopify experience (this is essential)
Proven SEO results (rankings, traffic growth, revenue impact)
Solid CRO experience with real testing examples
Comfortable using AI tools for SEO, CRO, and content workflows
Analytical mindset - you care about numbers, not opinions
Fast, proactive, and self-directed
Able to explain why something works, not just do it
If you have zapier expereince that would be a big bonus.
Must-have proof

Examples of websites you’ve worked on
Clear SEO wins (before/after rankings, traffic growth, or revenue lift)
Examples of A/B tests you’ve run and the results
Your favourite AI tools/workflows and how you use them
