From creative construction zones to birthday parties and private events, we deliver fun and learning in a safe, well-managed environment.

Position Overview

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and responsible Casual Play Facilitators to join our team at Little Builders. You will help create memorable experiences for children and families by ensuring safety, engagement, and fun in our play space.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for those who love working with kids and enjoy interactive environments.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome families and provide excellent customer service
Engage with children during play, encouraging creativity and learning
Assist in themed play zones (castle-building, road-making, excavators, etc.)
Host and facilitate birthday parties and group events
Safety & Cleanliness

Supervise the play area to ensure a safe environment
Follow and maintain strict hygiene protocols
Sanitise toys and equipment regularly
Monitor children’s behaviour and assist parents when needed
Operations & Teamwork

Set up and pack down play areas
Assist with ticketing, check-ins and general enquiries
Work collaboratively with the team to deliver smooth daily operations
Support special events and venue bookings
What We’re Looking For

Experience working with children (hospitality, childcare, events, education, or play centres preferred)
Friendly, positive and energetic personality
Strong communication and people skills
Reliable and proactive attitude
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Availability to work weekends, school holidays and event bookings
Bonus: First Aid or Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
