Location: Guildford PDC, WA, AU
Reporting to the Sales & Distribution Manager, the Customer Service Representative is accountable for being the customer conduit in the final process of the parts supply chain by being the point of contact for all customer parts ordering and collection interactions, ensuring that a consistently high level of customer service is always provided.
The Customer Service Representative will be required to effectively handle and provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers, engage customers with basic DBSi, WMS knowledge to assist with identifying their requirements providing prompt service in delivery of goods, receipting of credits, core & warranty returns, identifying leads and opportunity purposes within the Guildford CSC (Customer Service Centre).

Location: PDC South Guildford, WA

Roster: Monday to Friday (full-time 6.30am to 2.30pm)
Required to work a Saturday every 5 weeks with a RDO on the Monday

To be successful the following is required:

Experience in a customer service or similar role
Basic computer literacy skills – MS Office and relevant internet-based applications
The ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
Conflict resolution skills and demonstrated experience in navigating challenging situations
Good problem-solving skills with the ability to ask the right questions to understand and resolve problems to ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled
Previous experience utilising WesTrac and Caterpillar systems (desirable)
Knowledge of DBSi, WMS & SIS 2.0 software (desirable)
