Full job description
We’re searching for an Entry Level Client Account Specialist who’s equal parts problem-solver, diplomat, and uncredited crisis manager. From keeping Rogers clients happy to keeping sales accurate, you’ll be the reliable voice that keeps St. John's neighborhoods connected and calmly functioning. This Entry Level Client Account Specialist role is the key to connecting with new potential clients daily in person and supporting them through the entire Rogers enrollment process. If you have a passion for supporting new clients in satisfied sales solutions and an eagerness to grow your career representing one of Canada's leading telecommunications companies, your next step is now!

Your Daily Grind as an Entry Level Client Account Specialist

Engage directly with potential clients in person throughout different assigned residential territories —yes, you’re officially “the person who knows what’s going on”.
Troubleshoot service issues and provide clear, confident guidance to telecom solutions even when it doesn't result in a new sale.
Upsell and cross-sell internet and wireless Rogers services when appropriate, because sometimes the fastest way to fix a problem is to upgrade past it.
Coordinate with sales members to ensure accounts launch smoothly, and new clients are always satisfied.
Follow up with clients before issues become emergencies.
Collaborate internally with fellow Entry Level Client Account Specialists and sales members to improve sales processes and increase client sales.
Keep interactions upbeat and professional
Traits That Make the Next Entry Level Client Account Specialist Stand Out

Strong communication skills: clear, calm, and capable of engaging with and upselling to new faces everyday.
Problem-solving abilities that channel equal parts logic and creativity.
Ability to multitask without emotionally collapsing (or at least without letting anyone notice).
Highly organized and comfortable with digital tools and documentation of sales and all interactions.
Ability to work and thrive in a highly-competitive sales driven environment.
Previous customer service or client account support experience preferred.
A touch of (but HR-approved) humor and a cool head under pressure.
Telecom knowledge is helpful but not required.
Entry Level Client Account Specialist Work Perks

Weekly compensation + Bonuses
Fun, upbeat team environment where we sometimes laugh at our colleague’s bloopers.
Career growth opportunities.
Flexible schedules so you can enjoy life outside work.
Recognition and rewards for high performers.
