Job Role

Position: International Customer Support Executive – Non-Voice Process
Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Hiring From: PAN India
Salary: ₹27,000 – ₹36,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
• Provide professional customer support to international clients via chat and email.
• Maintain a high level of written English communication standards.
• Resolve customer queries accurately and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
• Meet performance metrics including accuracy, response time, and quality of service.

Eligibility Criteria
• Excellent command of written English is mandatory.
• Undergraduates and Graduates from any stream can apply. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Good typing skills (minimum 30 WPM preferred).
• Comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
