Key Responsibilities for Voice Process Job in Jaipur
• Handle inbound & outbound international calls in a professional manner.
• Resolve customer questions, complaints, and issues with patience.Provide correct information and aim for first-call resolution.
• Maintain proper call logs and update customer records as required.
• Follow up on pending tickets and close them on time.
• Work closely with internal teams for escalations or complex issues.
• Meet KPIs like AHT, CSAT, and resolution rate.

Skills Requirements to Apply International Customer Support / BPO Jobs in Jaipur
• Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
• 1–6 years of experience in BPO / International Voice Process / Support.
• Excellent English communication (both verbal & written).
• Comfortable with night shifts — mandatory.
