Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Back Office Telecaller for a full time in office role located in Jaipur. Responsibilities include managing outbound and inbound calls, assisting with administrative tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient communication support for internal teams.
The role also involves coordinating with clients to address their queries and providing solutions in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications
Solid verbal communication and telephone etiquette
Proficiency in data entry, record management, and general administrative tasks
Customer relationship management and solution-oriented approach
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and database systems
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work in a team
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification preferred
