The Role | What You’ll Bring
As General Manager, you’ll lead with purpose, compassion, and a commitment to excellence. You’ll oversee the operational and cultural success of our Stirling home, ensuring high-quality care and a connected community for residents and staff alike.
Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams in aged care, nursing, or customer-focused industries, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality outcomes for residents and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience: Tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Health, Social Science, Business Management or a related discipline, with demonstrated expertise in operational management and service delivery within aged care or healthcare.
Operational and Compliance Expertise: Experience in change management, quality assurance, compliance frameworks, and best practices in aged care or healthcare settings.
Commitment to Culture and Values: Passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with Warrigal’s vision of supporting older people to feel valued, connected, and cared for.
