Barista / All-Rounder – Join the Girdlers Team!

Under the banner of Simple Honest Goodness, Girlders has been serving the Northern Beaches with high-quality, wholesome food and specialty coffee for over six years – and we’re continuing to grow!

With a busy season ahead, we’re looking for passionate and skilled hospitality professionals to join our team.

About the Role:

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Barista / All-Rounder to join our team at Manly, Warringah Mall, Avalon, or Dee Why.

Part-time roles available now, with the opportunity for full-time hours by summer.
We roast our own organic coffee blend, meaning you’ll work with top-quality beans and alongside some of the best baristas on the Beaches.
On-the-job training and opportunities for career growth as we expand.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience as a barista in a specialty coffee setting.
✔ A great attitude – we love team players!
✔ Strong multitasking skills (you’ll be jumping between coffee, service, and all-rounder duties).
✔ Availability for weekends and peak periods.
✔ Passion for great coffee, food, and customer service.
