We’re on the lookout for an experienced barista who’s passionate about specialty coffee, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working as part of a dynamic team. If you believe in quality, consistency, and continuous improvement, this might be the perfect role for you!

What We’re Looking For:

✔ A must:

A great attitude – we work as a team, and that means helping out, even when you’re busy.
Strong knowledge of specialty coffee but always open to learning more.
Basic sensory training (because tasting is everything).
Experience in the specialty coffee industry.
Excellent communication skills.
Availability to work weekends.
Respect for decaf coffee – it deserves love too!
✔ It would be a huge plus if you:

Are truly passionate about coffee.
Have experience working with coffee recipes and dialing in.
Are familiar with scales, refractometers, and extraction measurements.
Have worked with multiple coffee origins and styles simultaneously.
Can tamp evenly (because PuqPress can’t do it all).
Understand alternative brewing methods like AeroPress, V60, and batch brew.
Know your way around different coffee equipment, tools, and gadgets.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Maintaining, improving, and creating coffee recipes weekly.
Ensuring consistency in quality, presentation, and preparation time.
Using all your senses to deliver the perfect cup every time.
Managing stock and ordering supplies.
Keeping your workspace, equipment, and tools clean and well-maintained.
