Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Powder Coater to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing metal components to a high-quality standard using powder coating techniques. You will ensure that all work meets customer requirements, safety regulations, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare metal surfaces for coating, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and pre-treatment.
Apply powder coatings using electrostatic spray equipment.
Operate and maintain powder coating booth, curing ovens, and other related equipment.
Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring an even and durable finish.
Follow all safety procedures, including handling chemicals and PPE requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment.
Meet production deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00 per hour
