We are seeking a warm, organized, and health-minded Receptionist to join our front office team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about natural health and wellness, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a team-oriented setting.
Responsibilities
• Greet patients warmly and professionally
• Answer phone calls and manage scheduling
• Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Process payments and handle basic administrative tasks
• Support our providers and staff with daily office needs
• Contribute to a calm, caring, and respectful environment
• Typical schedule is 12-5 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, with most Saturdays 8-12
Qualifications
• Previous front desk, reception, or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Friendly, reliable, and ethical
• Comfortable with computers and scheduling software (we’ll train the right person)
• Interest in or knowledge of natural health is a big plus
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
