About us:
Deli Republic is a vibrant deli-café inside The Cannery, Rosebery, serving premium meats, cheeses, pantry staples, and made-to-order paninis the locals love. We’re all about good food, great coffee, and friendly, genuine service.

About the role:
We’re looking for energetic, customer-focused Café/Deli staff to join our growing team. You’ll be the face of our café — greeting customers, taking orders, serving with a smile, and helping create the warm, welcoming vibe we’re known for.

What you’ll do:

Provide friendly, professional service to every customer
Take orders and operate the POS system confidently
Keep the café clean, organised, and inviting
Assist with restocking and presentation of deli items
(Bonus) Coffee or barista skills – or we’ll train you!
What we’re looking for:

Previous hospitality or retail experience (1+ years)
Excellent communication skills (High proficiency in English)
A positive attitude and genuine love for customer service and food!
Reliable, organised, and great under pressure
Must have full working rights in Australia
