Are you a master mixologist with a passion for crafting exquisite cocktails? Rubyos is searching for a talented and enthusiastic Cocktail Bartender & all-rounder to join our newly opened Cocktail Bar ASAP.

As a Cocktail Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in delivering memorable moments to our patrons. Your responsibilities include:

Crafting an array of classic and innovative cocktails with precision and style
Proven experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high-volume establishment.
Recommending and describing cocktail selections to customers.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Maintain a clean and organised bar area
Providing exceptional customer service and building rapport with guests.
Assist in table service, including taking orders, delivering food and drinks
Support kitchen staff or back-of-house operations if needed

Please note this is a casual position with 3 weekly shifts from Thursday to Saturday, about 14-18 hours weekly.
