Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment? Are you a customer service superstar?

We are an airport parking provider, located in Tullamarine seeking an experienced customer service

officer who can work autonomously and part of a team.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Phone enquiries, bookings, check in/ check out procedure, emails, managing the timely transit of passengers to and from the airport, ability to move or park vehicles when needed, excellent customer service and great communication skills.

This position requires someone who is fluent in English, able to drive a manual vehicle, has a current drivers licence, willing to obtain a drivers accreditation if employed and a strong customer service background.

This is a casual position, candidates with open availability will be highly regarded.
