Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and lead a team of residential PLUMBING service technicians
• Drive performance using call-by-call management and real-time coaching
• Maximize results by monitoring key Plumbing KPIs
• Use Service Titan daily for dispatching, job costing, reporting, and technician performance tracking
• Conduct technician ride-alongs, one on ones, weekly meetings, and sales training
• Ensure top-level customer service and job quality
• Collaborate with company leadership to execute growth strategies and ensure alignment with business goals

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in a residential Plumbing leadership or Service manager role
• Strong proficiency in Service Titan (required)
• Proven success with call-by-call coaching and team accountability
• Deep understanding of Plumbing service, local code, and customer experience
• Strong knowledge of PLUMBING business best practices
• Ability to track and interpret data and KPIs to improve team results
• Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills
• Ability to motivate and retain top talent
