We are based in Lidcombe, NSW 2141, with over 20 years of experience in the retail industry. We specialise in online, retail, and wholesale sales of smartphones and tech products.
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing / E-commerce Assistant to join our team.
Role Overview
The primary purpose of this role is to support the store network by liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure inventory is maintained to a high standard. The role will also assist with e-commerce product listing and related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage purchase orders, identify purchasing requirements, and review current stock levels.
Conduct cost assessments to achieve competitive pricing.
Monitor purchase orders and ensure deliveries are completed on time.
Track and report on purchasing and inventory KPIs.
Perform general administration and reporting duties.
Record and process supplier rebates and credits.
Follow up customer back orders and outstanding purchase orders with suppliers.
Monitor product sales history and conduct regular price checks.
Perform inventory checks, including product condition and packaging quality.
Assist with product setup, e-commerce listings, and other related tasks as required.
Skills & Experience
Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading and fast, accurate data entry skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online product listings.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
