What You’ll Do:

Design & Draft Away: Transform concepts into reliable electrical designs while drafting, seamlessly integrating input from our engineering team.
Flex Your Creative Muscles: Adapt designs for a variety of projects, including multifamily residential units, industrial power systems, and commercial buildings.
Collaborate & Communicate: Regularly liaise with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet all specifications and regulations.
Technical Sorcery: Stay ahead of electrical codes and industry standards, applying your knowledge to deliver high-quality results.
Resourceful Problem-Solver: Tackle challenges with a can-do attitude and a toolbox of creative solutions.
What Makes You a Match:

Education: A post-secondary diploma in electrical engineering technology, or another relevant field, from a recognized Canadian institution.
Experience Under Your Belt: At least 10 years of relevant work experience in the Canadian engineering landscape, with a diverse project portfolio from different industries.
Technical Mastery: You know AutoCAD 2D inside and out, and you can draft (and partially design) any kind of power, lighting, or control system drawing. You can interpret drawings and notes and input from other disciplines.
Flexibility Enthusiast: Must be adaptable to various project timelines and scopes; experience as a contract worker is highly desirable.
Lifestyle Champion: Perfect for digital nomads, stay-at-home parents, or anyone looking to supplement their income. Enjoy the freedom to work between 0–20 hours per week based on project volume. This isn't a full-time-get-in-the-office job. It's contract work for qualified folks looking to boost their earning.
