Residential House Cleaner

The ideal candidate is extremely reliable, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with strong communication skills and a genuine respect for people, belongings, and animals.

This position is best suited for self-employed cleaners or subcontractors.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough residential house cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Follow detailed cleaning checklists and client-specific preferences
Maintain consistently high cleanliness standards in all areas of the home
Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and properly
Communicate clearly with clients regarding their needs and expectations
Respect client privacy, belongings, and routines at all times
Work comfortably and respectfully around pets
Manage time efficiently without sacrificing quality
Provide courteous, professional, and judgment-free service
Requirements & Qualifications

Proven residential house cleaning experience preferred
Extremely detail-oriented — high standards are required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and reliability
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Respectful, professional, and trustworthy demeanor
Comfortable working in pet-friendly homes
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Background check required
Must take pride in delivering consistent, high-quality work
