We are looking for a Software Engineer – Intermediate to contribute to the development of high-quality software products. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, adherence to best coding practices, and a proactive team mindset. Key Responsibilities
• Analyse business and system requirements
• Design and prepare solution artefacts along with effort estimations
• Participate in and conduct peer reviews of solution artefacts
• Develop, maintain, deploy, and support software solutions across the implementation lifecycle
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support knowledge transfer
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as planning, stand-ups, estimations, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
• Take ownership of task quality and ensure adherence to standards and procedures
• Identify potential risks and provide effective resolution recommendations
• Perform basic network and database-related tasks
• Communicate effectively across multiple channels with internal stakeholders
• Provide guidance on best practices and optimal use of products and solutions
• Work as part of an integrated business and technology team to deliver effective solutions
• Act as a positive influence by promoting technical excellence and best practices
• Be open to working with proprietary technologies and languages

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience

Experience
• 2–4 years of relevant software development experience

Technical Skills
• Programming and software development experience using C / C++
• Software testing and debugging
• System and solution design
• Data analysis
• User experience analysis
• Strong problem-solving and innovative thinking skills
