Job description
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and analyze relevant project opportunities on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru and other bidding portals.
• Prepare, customize, and submit proposals, quotations, and RFP/RFI responses aligned with client requirements.
• Communicate with clients via platform messaging, email, and calls to understand project scope and expectations.
• Coordinate with technical and project management teams to gather inputs for proposals, timelines, and cost estimates.
• Follow up on submitted bids and maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
• Maintain and update bid trackers, lead pipelines, and CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and bidding guidelines.
• Analyze bid outcomes and continuously improve proposal quality and success rate.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT bidding and online marketplaces.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle, web/mobile technologies, and IT services.
• Ability to prepare compelling, client-focused proposals.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
