Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator to lead our digital engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and execute innovative social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, foster community engagement, and drive business growth. Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, and written posts tailored for various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts and monitor engagement.
Conduct social listening to track brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Optimize content for SEO and incorporate keyword research to increase visibility and reach.
Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and ROI.
Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to maximize reach and conversions.
Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages promptly, and foster positive relationships with the online community.
Oversee graphic design projects utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for visual content creation.
Proofread all content for accuracy, branding consistency, and quality assurance before publishing.
Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, digital marketing tools, and industry best practices.
Skills

Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and web analytics including Google Analytics.
Expertise in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
Experience with video editing for creating compelling multimedia content.
Ability to execute effective social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook Advertising.
Excellent content creation skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading and editing.
Knowledge of public relations, branding, and maintaining a consistent brand voice online.
Familiarity with e-commerce, digital marketing, and relationship management strategies to enhance customer engagement.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data from various sources like Google Analytics for campaign optimization.
