JDS Media operates one of Canada’s fastest-growing digital signage and DOOH advertising networks, with displays in residential towers, restaurants, retail spaces, leisure venues, and iconic large-format locations. We work with both local businesses and national brands, delivering high-impact creative where it counts.
The Role
We’re looking for a talented, fast-moving Advertising Designer to create eye-catching ads for our clients across our digital networks. This role is perfect for someone who understands how ads perform in the real world, not just on social media.
You’ll work closely with our sales and operations teams to turn client ideas into high-performing static and motion creatives.
Responsibilities
Design static & motion ads for digital signage (vertical & landscape formats)
Adapt client branding into DOOH-optimized creatives
Handle quick turnarounds for new campaigns and revisions
Prepare ads to exact screen specs (resolution, duration, loop timing)
Collaborate with sales to support client pitches and renewals
Maintain brand consistency while maximizing visual impact
Requirements
Strong experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
Understanding of advertising design (clarity, hierarchy, CTA, readability at distance)
Experience with motion graphics is a major asset
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
Bonus: Experience with DOOH, signage, retail, or OOH advertising
