• Provide desktop support and maintenance for hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux) for end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software applications.
• Manage Active Directory (user accounts, group policy, permissions) and user access controls.
• Diagnose hardware and software problems and replace defective components as necessary.
• Set up and configure new hardware, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Provide remote support using tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or Remote Desktop.
• Assist with networking issues, including wired and wireless connections.
• Perform system backups, recovery, and user data migrations.
• Maintain asset inventory, ensuring accurate records of IT equipment.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement and improve security protocols and systems.
• Document troubleshooting processes, solutions, and common issues in knowledge base articles.
