Position: Sales Development Representative

Location: Ahmedabad / Hybrid

Role Overview

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, lead qualification, meeting setup, market outreach support, and CRM management across assigned markets (Africa/Francophone markets, as applicable).

Roles & Responsibilities
• Generate high-quality leads and inquiries across assigned markets (Africa/Francophone markets, as applicable).
• Qualify prospects and convert leads into sales-ready opportunities.
• Set up initial meetings and hand over opportunities to Sales / BDM teams.
• Support market outreach and brand visibility through campaigns and events.
• Ensure data accuracy, reporting, and seamless internal coordination.

Skills & Experience
• Strong focus on lead generation activities, including outbound prospecting and account research.
• Hands-on experience in identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers.
• Ability to consistently generate and manage leads to support the sales pipeline.
• Proven experience in FinTech or digital payments organizations.
• Exposure to digital payments, payment gateways, UPI, cards, or related FinTech products.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools for lead management and reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams.
