We manufacture premium sleep products for North America, including the Hypnos brand (manufactured in Canada exclusively by Araam Inc.) and our own Sprout Mattress brand. Our products focus on sleep health, pressure point relief, and wellness, and are trusted by healthcare professionals.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is highly execution-driven and comfortable owning day-to-day visual and creative marketing tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys doing the work, not just planning it.

You will work closely with the CEO and be part of a small, fast-moving team. While you will contribute ideas and creative input, your primary responsibility will be executing marketing and graphic design work independently.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design and Creative Execution (Primary Focus)

Design social media graphics and visual content for ongoing campaigns
Create print materials including flyers, banners, posters, and in-store signage
Support visual merchandising and in-store decoration concepts and execution
Adapt designs quickly based on feedback and changing priorities
Prepare print-ready files and ensure quality control
Marketing Support and Coordination

Assist with basic content planning and creative ideation
Support promotions, product launches, and retail marketing initiatives
Maintain brand consistency across all visuals
Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines
Required Skills and ExperienceMust-Have

Strong graphic design skills with a clear portfolio of work
Proficiency in:
Adobe Photoshop (intermediate to advanced)
Adobe Illustrator (intermediate to advanced)
Canva (strong working knowledge)
Ability to execute designs independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable working in a small business environment
Strong attention to detail and time management
Nice-to-Have

Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
Basic marketing or social media experience
Familiarity with retail or consumer product brands
Portfolio Requirement

Salary: $40,000 per year
