Online Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive who excels in email marketing, lead generation, and tele-calling. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and able to create effective communication that brings in quality leads and supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote company products/services.
Build and maintain targeted email databases.
Write professional, impactful email content for outreach and follow-ups.
Conduct tele-calling to approach new prospects and convert leads into meetings or inquiries.
Track and follow up with leads regularly to maintain the pipeline.
Maintain records of outreach, responses, and conversions.
Coordinate with sales and management teams for campaign planning.
Generate weekly/monthly reports on marketing activities and lead performance.
Research markets, competitors, and potential customers to expand lead sources.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
2–5 years of experience in lead generation, email marketing, or tele-calling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong convincing and follow-up abilities.
Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, SendinBlue, HubSpot, etc.) — preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and maintaining lead data.
Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach.
