Job Description
VISIONSTONE is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to support and execute impactful marketing initiatives across multiple regions, including Mumbai, Pune, and Dubai. This role is ideal for a recent MBA/PGDM graduate from an A-Grade University who is eager to build a strong career in real estate marketing and branding. The candidate will work closely with senior marketing stakeholders to execute ATL & BTL activities, coordinate vendors, support events, and strengthen brand communication across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
Support the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for project positioning and business growth.
Assist in market research, target audience identification, and brand messaging alignment.
ATL & BTL Marketing
Coordinate ATL campaigns including print, outdoor, radio, and digital promotions.
Assist in BTL activities such as site activations, brochures, marketing collaterals, and on-ground campaigns.
Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, printers, and event vendors.
Track deliverables, timelines, and ensure execution quality under guidance.
Event Planning & Execution
Support planning and execution of project launches, site events, client meets, channel partner events, and exhibitions.
Assist in post-event reporting and lead data consolidation.
Communications & Branding
Assist in internal and external communication initiatives.
Support digital marketing efforts including social media coordination, email campaigns, and brand content execution.
Business Development Support
Work closely with sales teams to support marketing-led lead generation initiatives.
Assist in campaign execution aimed at investors, buyers, and channel partners.
Key Skills Required:
Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals (ATL, BTL & digital basics).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with eagerness to learn and execute.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven attitude.
Qualifications:
Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing from an A-Grade University / Institute.
Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of experience (real estate exposure is an added advantage).
Strong academic background with practical exposure through internships/projects.
