Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team! This role is ideal for freshers or college students who want to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and customer engagement. You’ll be responsible for engaging our audience, promoting our products, and contributing to brand growth through WhatsApp.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns to reach and engage clients
Manage and expand our WhatsApp contact lists for targeted marketing
Craft engaging messages, promotions, and product updates for WhatsApp distribution
Track and report campaign performance and engagement metrics
Respond promptly to customer inquiries on WhatsApp in a professional manner
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand strategy
Gather client feedback to inform future marketing strategies
Requirements

Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with WhatsApp, Excel, and PowerPoint
Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and social media engagement
Excellent organization, time-management, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Eagerness to learn and implement new marketing strategies
Additional Skills (Preferred)

Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting
Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations and campaign updates
Basic Negotiation Skills for handling client interactions and inquiries
Market Research Skills to understand and analyze target audiences
Digital Marketing Knowledge based on research and familiarity with marketing tools
