Overview:

Big White Ski Resort, or simply Big White, is a mountain resort located 56 km southeast of Kelowna in the Southern Interior of British Columbia. It is located on Big White Mountain, the highest summit in the Okanagan Highland, an upland area between the Monashee Mountains and the Okanagan Valley. As part of the Big White Housekeeping team, you are responsible for maintaining the general cleanliness of the cabins, lodges, hotels and all other accommodations. This position requires strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

Clean and maintain guest units while keeping up with standards set by the Housekeeping Supervisor
Stocking and organizing storage rooms
Understand how everything operates in guest room (fireplace, windows, etc.)
Fulfilling tasks in a time sensitive manner
Follow all Health & Safety protocols and procedures
Assist guests with all questions and requests
All other duties as required

Details:

Fulltime, working up to 40 hrs. a week
Hourly wage $20.50
Staff accommodation onsite, for approved applicants
Oct/Nov/Dec – April
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
