Part-Time Social Media & Content Creator

Overview
We are looking for a creative and reliable Part-Time Social Media & Content Creator to assist with video creation and posting across social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, understands social media trends, and can work independently.

Duties

Develop high-quality, original written content for websites, blogs, social media,real estate projects, and marketing campaigns.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator to create or edit visual assets that complement written material.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, including Facebook advertising and graphic design best practices, to enhance content effectiveness.
Create short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks)
Assist with video shooting, editing, and posting
Manage and post content on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
Support content planning and execution
Qualifications

Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar)
Comfortable appearing on camera or filming content
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Reliable and able to work 3–4 days per week
