Job description
We are a Dubai-based company hiring an experienced Meta & Google Ads Specialist . The role involves managing paid advertising campaigns and creating content for ads and landing pages. The ideal candidate should be performance-driven with strong analytical skills and creative copywriting abilities.

Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on:
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and campaign structuring
• Monitor performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI & minimize CPA
• Write engaging ad copy and content for creatives/landing pages
• Coordinate with design/content teams for visuals and marketing assets
• Implement tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel
• Handle budgeting, bidding strategies, and pacing
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform features, and best practices

Requirements
• Proven experience in Meta & Google Ads management
• Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, funnels, and attribution
• Ability to write clear and compelling ad copy/content
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Meta Pixel, & Tag Manager
• Analytical mindset with reporting proficiency
• Knowledge of landing page optimization (preferred)
• Google & Meta Certifications (bonus but not mandatory)
