Travel and Tape Hospitality LLP is a fast-growing travel and events company based in Nerul, Navi Mumbai. We specialize in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), holiday packages, international trade fair tours and study tours. We are expanding rapidly and seeking a highly driven MICE - Sales Head to spearhead client acquisition and build strong regional networks.

Key Skills & Qualifications :
• Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue goals and manage sales processes effectively.
• Proficient in Account Management, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Highly developed Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, identify opportunities, and develop competitive strategies.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in the MICE industry and professional connections within the field are advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant experience will also be considered.
• Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in MICE or corporate sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing corporate accounts.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
