Job Description:

Rang Digitech, a growing digital marketing agency and a subsidiary of Rang Technologies (USA), is looking for motivated freshers to join our Business Development team in Vadodara. This is a full-time night shift role aligned with US business hours and is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators and eager to build a career in international business development within the digital marketing space.

Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with international prospects (USA, UK, Canada) to introduce Rang Digitech’s digital marketing services
• Understand client requirements and assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings
• Support lead conversion and client onboarding under senior team guidance
• Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM system
• Research potential clients and new business opportunities
• Build professional relationships with prospects through timely and clear communication
• Meet assigned targets and contribute to team goals
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of new clients

Requirements:
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Confident, professional, and willing to learn
• Basic understanding or interest in digital marketing and sales
• Comfortable with cold calling, outreach, and client communication (training provided)
