The Kiwi Motel is a boutique property in the heart of Grand Bend, known for its clean, thoughtfully designed rooms and welcoming atmosphere. Our housekeeping team plays a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences from the moment guests arrive.

We are hiring for potential to start now or closer to our busy season starting in May.

Position Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to help maintain the high standards of cleanliness and presentation The Kiwi Motel and The Kiwi Cottages is known for. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a supportive, fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and prepare guest rooms between stays, including beds, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces
Replenish linens, towels, toiletries, and amenities
Laundry as needed
Clean and maintain common areas and outdoor spaces as needed
Report maintenance issues or damaged items promptly
Follow established cleaning checklists, schedules, and safety procedures
Work efficiently to meet turnover timelines while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications & Experience

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (but not required)
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physically able to perform cleaning duties (standing, lifting, bending)
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
