We’re now seeking a full-time Sales Associate to support our Sales Consultants at the Aura display in Bells Creek and be the friendly face to welcome our customers.

This role is 5 days a week working across the weekends. Your 2 days off will be mid week.

About the Role:

This is a detail-focussed, administration-centric role where you’ll manage the customer journey from deposit through to tender. You’ll work closely with the Sales Consultants and internal construction teams to ensure every step is accurate, compliant and seamless.

Key responsibilities:

Welcoming our customers into our sales displays.
Ensuring the display home and sales suite are presented to a high standard
Supporting the Sales Consultant with day-to-day administration and customer follow-up
Preparing and managing contracts and supporting documentation
Assisting in assessing whether home designs suit the customer’s block, meet estate and council guidelines, and align with budget
Managing workflow and communication from deposit to tender
Maintaining CRM & other internal database management
About You:

You’re highly organised, detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy supporting a team and take pride in delivering accurate, timely work. You’re confident communicating with internal teams and customers, and you’re ready to take ownership of key stages in the customer journey.
