Hello Home Doctor Service are seeking experienced contact centre operators with demonstrated experience.

Shifts will be flexible and required across the following days and times:-

Monday to Sunday: am / pm / evening shifts
Public Holidays: am / pm / evening shifts
Overnight: various shifts starting from 2200 to 0900.
Onsite shifts will be offered.
Our Service is seeking candidates with the following experience :-

Previous contact centre / customer service experience
Demonstrated dispatch/logistics experience
Previous experience in the medical field an advantage
Excellent customer service skills
A strong work ethic
A team player
Excellent communication skills
Intermediate computer skills and data entry skills.
Successful applicants must:-

Have Call Centre Experience
Be available to work across weeknights, weekends, overnights and/or public holidays
Be available for immediate training.
Be willing to work 15 to 25 hours on a casual basis weekly

Pay: $24.03 per hour
