Job Description
TEQUILA BEAUTY is a modern, high-quality nail, lash, and brow salon. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and creative person to join our team as a Receptionist & Content Creator.
This role combines front-desk client communication, daily salon organization, and social media content creation. You will not be responsible for running marketing campaigns or growing the brand — your role is to capture, create, and post content, while also helping keep the salon running smoothly and professionally.
We are looking for someone who is warm, emotionally intelligent, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced beauty environment.
Your Responsibilities
Reception & Client Experience
Welcome and assist clients
Answer phone calls, messages, and Instagram DMs
Book and confirm appointments
Provide clear, friendly, and professional communication
Content Creation
Film and photograph nail, lash, and brow services
Capture before & afters, behind-the-scenes, and salon atmosphere
Create simple TikToks, Reels, and Stories
Post content following TEQUILA BEAUTY guidelines
Salon Organization & Operations
Maintain daily and weekly cleaning schedules
Track cleaning logs and room readiness
Collect supply and inventory requests from technicians
Keep the front desk, service areas, and workflows organized
Support the team with coordination and small administrative tasks
Who We’re Looking For
Friendly, warm, and emotionally intelligent
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable talking to clients in person, on the phone, and in DMs
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable filming and being around beauty services
Interest in nails, lashes, skincare, or beauty
Experience in reception, customer service, or social media is a plus
Russian speakers are welcome (English required)
If you learn quickly and have the right attitude, training is provided.
