Miami Bakehouse is looking for junior Cafe Allrounders / Baristas who want to learn how to work - show up on time, take pride in what they do, and grow real skills that will help them for life.

Where you’ll be working

We have positions available across several locations:

Gilbert’s on Rouse Road, Mandurah – weekday shifts
Falcon Shopping Centre, Mandurah – weekdays & weekends
Northbound & Southbound Stores, Forrest Highway – weekdays & weekends
This role WILL suit you if you:

Like to keep busy, want to learn and take pride in doing things properly
Can listen, follow instructions, and improve with feedback
Are reliable, punctual and willing to work hard
Understand that teamwork means helping, even when it’s busy
(No experience needed — but effort, attitude and willingness to learn are non-negotiable.)
