Job Description

Urgo Medical specialises in the healthcare industry, with the mission of healing people. We develop innovative, evidence-based products that make a difference to the lives of people with wounds: because we care. We are proud of what we do because we see the positive effect our solutions have on people every day.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join our Advanced Wound Care team at a moment of real momentum. With three new formulary inclusions secured across key accounts in the territory, the foundations are in place for an experienced Territory Manager, who can turn access into sustained growth.

We are looking for a commercially driven, hunter-minded individual who thrives on pulling business through post-formulary, relentlessly converting wins into adoption, usage, and long-term partnerships. You’ll take full ownership of the territory, proactively engaging clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, driving first-line use, and ensuring our recent successes translate into meaningful patient impact and market share growth.

Job Summary

Working as an integral part of matrix team, the Territory Manager will be working collaboratively with marketing and the field sales teams to promote, sell and ensure the growth of On Formulary target brands across the Advanced Wound Care (AWC) areas within a designed territory.
