The Role

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer care. Your responsibilities include:

Providing friendly, knowledgeable service to customers.
Assisting customers with prescriptions and product enquiries.
Operating point-of-sale systems and managing cash handling.
Keeping the store clean, organised, and welcoming.
Supporting promotions and in-store sales.
About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Customer-focused with a friendly, engaging personality.
Experienced in pharmacy or retail (preferred, not essential).
Strong in communication and teamwork.
Professional in presentation with a customer-first attitude.
Monday- Friday availability (9am-5pm)

Bonus if you have:

A Certificate in Community Pharmacy (I–IV).
Experience with MINFOS or FRED systems.
